Risk screening on every intake
Every member is screened for acute risk at intake. Acute and crisis presentations are directed immediately to the appropriate emergency or crisis service, with a documented handoff — never left in a queue.

Clinical records stay between the member and their physician. Employers receive aggregate utilization only. Data is encrypted, stored on Canadian servers, and handled in compliance with PIPEDA and Alberta’s Health Information Act.
