Clinical care that can assess, treat and follow through
CorpCARE is not a directory, a coaching pool or a triage line. It is a medical service: a physician assesses your employee, names what's happening, treats it, and stays with them until it's managed.
Physician assessment
A full medical evaluation with a licensed Alberta physician, including history, mental status, and screening for physical causes that mimic mental illness.
Virtual, across Alberta
Diagnosis and treatment
A named diagnosis where one applies, and an evidence-informed treatment pathway the member can actually follow — written down, not implied.
Evidence-informed pathways
Medication management
Prescribing where clinically appropriate, plus the part most benefits skip: titration, side-effect monitoring and structured follow-up.
Monitoring and follow-up
Psychiatry pathway
When a case needs a specialist, the physician refers internally to our psychiatrists. No family doctor referral, no external waitlist, no restart.
Escalation and co-management
Care navigation
A person who keeps the file moving: booking, chasing results, coordinating with counselling, and making sure nobody quietly drops out of care.
Guidance through each step
Family access
Employees, spouses and eligible dependents. Mental health rarely stays inside one person, so coverage does not stop at the employee.
Household-level eligibility
Regulated Alberta physicians. Real psychiatric oversight.
Every clinician is licensed and regulated by their provincial college. Clinical governance sits with EaseCare’s medical leadership.

Risk screening on every intake
Every member is screened for acute risk at intake. Acute and crisis presentations are directed immediately to the appropriate emergency or crisis service, with a documented handoff — never left in a queue.
You see uptake. Never the chart.
Clinical records stay between the member and their physician. Employers receive aggregate utilization only. Data is encrypted, stored on Canadian servers, and handled in compliance with PIPEDA and Alberta’s Health Information Act.
