These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and CorpCARE (“CorpCARE”, “us”, or “we”), the employer focused workplace mental health benefit from the CARE Group of Companies, governing your access to and use of corpcare.ca (the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

About CorpCARE

The Website provides information about CorpCARE, a workplace mental health benefit powered by EaseCare's physician led, evidence based clinical model. The Website is used to share information about our services and to let employers get in touch with us.

Clinical Health Services are delivered separately through EaseCare, and use of those services is governed by EaseCare's own terms of use, available at easecare.ca/terms-of-use.
