These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and CorpCARE (“CorpCARE”, “us”, or “we”), the employer focused workplace mental health benefit from the CARE Group of Companies, governing your access to and use of corpcare.ca (the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

The Website provides information about CorpCARE, a workplace mental health benefit powered by EaseCare's physician led, evidence based clinical model. The Website is used to share information about our services and to let employers get in touch with us.

Clinical Health Services are delivered separately through EaseCare, and use of those services is governed by EaseCare's own terms of use, available at easecare.ca/terms-of-use.

NOTHING ON THIS WEBSITE IS MEDICAL ADVICE, AND THE WEBSITE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR CARE FROM A LICENSED PHYSICIAN OR OTHER HEALTH CARE PROVIDER.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, OR ARE AT RISK OF HARMING YOURSELF, CALL 911 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT.
